Platform Terms of Use

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the Volkrykdom platform. They set out the respective rights and obligations of you, as the user, and the platform operator. Review them carefully before accessing the platform, creating an account or completing any transaction. They provide the binding legal framework for both parties.

When you register, sign in, use a feature or otherwise interact with Volkrykdom, you confirm your complete acceptance of these Terms of Use. The platform is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Minors and people without legal capacity are prohibited from using it. Where a user’s age is uncertain, we may suspend, limit or remove the relevant account.

Service availability may be affected temporarily by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, software updates or outages, including issues linked to market volatility, unusually high server demand or events outside our control. We work to maintain reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Platform functions, algorithms, pricing and available markets may be adjusted, added or withdrawn at any time, without creating a claim against Volkrykdom.

Platform materials, including written content, images, layouts, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-generated analyses, are protected by copyright, trade mark law and other intellectual-property rights held by Volkrykdom or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, making available to the public or using any material commercially without our prior written consent is prohibited and may lead to civil or criminal action.

You are responsible for supplying information that is correct, complete and current, including identification, contact and payment details. False, incomplete or deceptive information may lead to account suspension, limits on withdrawals or legal proceedings. Personal information is handled in line with our privacy policy and applicable South African data-protection requirements, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), using strong security and transparent processes.

You remain solely responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Volkrykdom, whether entered manually or generated through AI automation, and accept the associated risks. Volkrykdom supplies technical infrastructure only; it does not provide individual financial advice, recommendations or profit assurances. Markets such as shares and cryptocurrencies can move sharply, and you could lose all of your invested capital. Historical performance is not a promise of future outcomes. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be revised or expanded from time to time, including in response to legal changes, technical progress or evolving market requirements. We will normally provide notice at least 14 days before an update through email, platform messages or our website. If you continue using the platform after the revised Terms take effect, you accept the changes. Where amendments are substantial, you may choose to close your account.

Security and openness guide our operating standards. We apply modern encryption, perform routine checks, hold client funds in segregated accounts and follow robust KYC/AML compliance controls to support effective protection. Activities and transactions are documented in a clear, traceable manner. We aim to work with users fairly, honestly and responsibly, treating your trust as a key priority.
